The Technical Training Specialist will become an expert-level user of our Vast Online product. This knowledge base will assist you in understanding customer specific requirements, new features and the development request pipeline. You will work with the development team to record development advances and document new program features. You will create user documentation for the Vast Online product about features, functions and benefits. You will create training scripts and record the trainings for the product’s work flow processes and features. You will be responsible to document customer issues and requirements during training sessions. All action items are managed in Salesforce.com. Travel will be required to the US customer sites upon product completion and the subsequent roll-out.
Position requires 25-75% travel.
Document the features and functions of the new Vast Online product.
Write and record the training scripts for our online training library.
Train the associates selected for the District training of their 36 districts
Work as part of the core training team to plan and execute training for our client
Create documents for the Vast Online product for the automotive dealers
Manage the Learning Management System with respect to document and recorded training versions
Train the internal staff and Vast customers migrating to the Vast Online product.
Excellent documentation skills required.
Auto industry experience preferred but not required.
Previous training experience preferred.
Software company experience preferred.
Articulate or similar training software experience a plus.
Learning Management System experience a plus.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent working experience.
